Welcome to Host Jeeves! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our property management services. By engaging with Host Jeeves, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
a. To initiate a booking, guests must select their desired property, dates of stay, and number of occupants.
b. Once the booking request is submitted, Host Jeeves will review the request and confirm availability within 24 hours.
c. Upon confirmation, guests will receive a booking confirmation email containing details of their reservation and payment instructions.
d. Full payment is required to secure a booking and must be made within the specified time frame provided in the booking confirmation email.
e. Payments can be made securely online using major credit cards or other accepted payment methods.
f. Failure to make payment within the specified time frame may result in cancellation of the booking.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards neighbors and fellow occupants at all times. Any behavior causing disturbance or inconvenience to others will not be tolerated.
No additional guests are permitted on the premises without prior approval from Host Jeeves. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all occupants.
The possession, use, or distribution of drugs or weapons on the premises is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and legal action.
Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts and adherence to local smoking regulations.
For stays exceeding 14 days, additional cleaning services and fees are required every two weeks to maintain hygiene standards and guest comfort.
The individual making the booking must stay at the property and act as the responsible party. ID verification is mandatory during the booking process to ensure compliance with this policy.
Parties, gatherings, or events that disturb the peace and tranquility of the property or surrounding neighborhood are strictly prohibited.
Early check-in or late check-out may not be accommodated due to operational constraints. Standard check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
Pets are not allowed on the premises unless prior approval has been obtained from Host Jeeves. A pet fee may apply for approved pets, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
While children are welcome, guests are required to supervise them at all times, especially around outdoor areas like the fireplace or barbecue grill.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Please be considerate of others during these times.
